After Hours & Me

Service Description

This session is perfect for before or after work wellness initiatives. In one hour and 15 minutes, participants are able to receive a full yoga session with stretching, pranayama or breathwork, and cooldown. During After Hours & Me, participants also receive one-on-one attention, as the instructor offers specific poses and stretches they can leave with, to address areas of tension. Includes: - Beginner-level yoga instruction - 25 yoga mats - Unlimited bottled water - One-on-one attention and personalized guidance
